4. Eligibility

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the delivery address you give is within the United States.

5. Products

We sell ready-made stocked inventory: lightweight jackets and vests held in stock and dispatched as they are. We describe and photograph each item as accurately as we can, though screen calibration means color can vary slightly from one display to another. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in descriptions, images, and pricing at any time.

Availability is not guaranteed. If an item sells out after your order is placed, we tell you promptly and refund that item in full.

Prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already confirmed. If a price is listed at a figure that is obviously an error, we contact you before doing anything: you can proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email is an acknowledgement that we received the order, not acceptance of it. The contract forms when the order has been processed and shipped. We may decline an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, and anything charged is refunded in full.

8. Payment and Billing

Payment is taken in full at checkout through PayPal's gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the method chosen. If a chargeback is raised against an order, we will cooperate with your bank or card issuer and supply order, dispatch, and delivery records. Where a dispute stems from a misunderstanding, writing to us first is usually faster than either side going through the issuer.

9. Shipping

Delivery destinations, rates, handling times, and transit estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not able to control carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control, but we notify you when we know a parcel is running late rather than waiting to be asked.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellations and changes before dispatch are governed by our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of these terms.
