Payment Methods

Last Updated: September 2026

At Gkrellm (accessible via https://gkrellm.com), this page explains how you can pay, what happens to your payment details, and when money actually moves.

Buying a jacket online means handing over card details to a shop you have not stood inside, and that is a reasonable thing to be careful about. The short version is that we never see your card number: payment runs entirely through PayPal's gateway, and nothing sensitive is stored on our side.

By placing an order you agree to the terms below. If a payment question is not answered here, email us at support@gkrellm.com and we will be glad to help.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayPal. Pay from your PayPal balance or a linked funding source.
  • Debit card. Any debit card carrying one of the networks below.
  • Credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

3. The PayPal Gateway

Every payment, including card payments, is processed through PayPal's gateway, which is PCI DSS compliant. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card: choose the card option at checkout and enter the details directly.

4. Payment Security

Card and bank details are entered on PayPal's encrypted pages and never pass through our systems. We do not store, access, or retain card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes at any stage, before or after an order. What we can see is the amount, the status, and the last four digits shown on the transaction record.

5. When You Are Charged

Once, when you place the order. There are no installments, no subscriptions, and no repeat charges of any kind. An order is not created until payment is confirmed, so an unconfirmed payment leaves nothing behind.

6. Currency and Foreign Fees

All prices and charges are in US Dollars. If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your issuer and is not something we add or receive.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable, based on the delivery address. The total shown before you confirm includes it.

8. Failed or Declined Payments

A declined payment creates no order and charges you nothing. The usual causes are simple:

  • An expired card, or a digit entered incorrectly.
  • A billing address that does not match the one your bank holds.
  • Insufficient available balance or credit.
  • A bank security block on an unfamiliar merchant.

Checking the details and trying again resolves most cases. If it keeps failing, your bank or PayPal can say why faster than we can, and you are welcome to email us in the meantime.

9. Pending Authorizations

A declined attempt sometimes leaves a pending authorization on your statement that looks like a charge. It is not one. Authorizations of this kind drop off on their own, usually within a few business days, and no money leaves your account.

10. Refunds

Refunds always go back to the method used at checkout. The timing and the conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy so that the number exists in exactly one place on this site.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if our accepted methods or our processor change. Revisions are posted here with a new date at the top.

12. Payment Questions

If a charge on your statement does not look right, send us the date and the amount and we will trace it against our records.
