DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy

Last Updated: September 2026

At Gkrellm (accessible via https://gkrellm.com), this policy covers ownership of the content on our website and the procedure for reporting material that infringes someone's copyright.

Product photography and written descriptions take real work to produce, and the same is true for everyone else selling online. This page sets out both sides of that: what we ask you not to take from us, and what to do if you believe something of yours has ended up here.

By using our website, you agree to the terms below. If you are unsure whether a particular use is permitted, email us at support@gkrellm.com and we will be glad to help.

2. Ownership of Site Content

All material on this website, including product photography, written descriptions, page copy, layout, and logos, is owned by Gkrellm or used with the permission of its owner. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

3. Limited Permission for Personal Use

You may view our pages, and print or save a page for your own records, such as keeping a copy of an order or a policy. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or use any of our content commercially, and you may not strip or alter attribution, without our written consent.

4. Respect for Third-Party Rights

We do not use third-party trademarks in our product titles, descriptions, navigation, or search terms, and we do not list items that trade on another brand's name. If you believe we have done so anywhere on the site, tell us and we will investigate promptly.

5. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you own a copyright, or are authorized to act for the owner, and believe material on our site infringes it, send a written notice to support@gkrellm.com containing all six of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on our site, with enough detail (such as the page address) for us to locate it.
  4. Your contact details: name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

6. What Happens Next

We review complete notices promptly. Where a claim appears valid, we remove or disable access to the material and notify whoever supplied it, passing on a copy of the notice. An incomplete notice cannot be acted on, and we will say what is missing rather than letting it sit.

7. Filing a Counter-Notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@gkrellm.com containing all six of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, of any district in which we may be found.
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice, or that party's agent.

8. Repeat Infringers

Accounts and access belonging to anyone who repeatedly infringes the copyright of others will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.

9. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or a counter-notice may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. Please be certain before you file either one.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Revisions are posted on this page with a new date at the top.

11. Intellectual Property Questions

For permission requests, licensing questions, or anything else covered by this page, write to us with the detail of what you have in mind.
